FAQ's at Puppy2Go.com<

  1. Do you transport only puppies, or will you deliver horses, cats, etc?

    • We only transport puppies, we will not delivery any other animals. There are several reasons, for one, horses are to big to fit in our puppy limo, and also for the fact we are setup just for puppies. If we put cats and puppies in the same vehicle, the results may be less than desirable.

  2. Wouldn't it be cheaper if you used a van, instead of a limo?
    • Yes and No. We do not charge our customers any more for using a limo, but it did cost us more than a van. We view the extra cost (to us) as a marketing expense, allowing us to charge the same rate as people using vans, but remaining unique. We view the puppy limo as an extra perk for our customers.

  3. What are the age requirements for puppy transport?
    • Puppies must be over 7 weeks old and no older than 12 months old. (All puppies over 3 months must have a rabies vaccination paper.)

  4. Will you help us transport our dog when we move?
    • We can help you out in a situation where you are moving, and want your puppy transported. This is on a per case basis though. Email delivery@puppy2go.com for more information on this.

  5. Why do you charge more for a one week delivery?
    • Does puppy2go.com sell puppies?
      • No, puppy to go only transports them. If you are looking for a puppy, we suggest you check our links page for a reputable breeder.

    • What happens if I want to return my puppy after I have had it one week?
      • That is between you and the person you purchased the puppy from. We will be glad to help if there are some questions about the puppy when we picked it up, etc, but the delivery fees are final.
